This is one of my first characters I created 7 years ago.
She's called Destiny, she's very shy, sweet and intelligent. As I was 13 at the time she didn't have much of a background, but i hope to give her life today

Oh that is a lovely design you have. It looks a lot like what Ayumi Hamasaki had on in her performance of Evolution during the Tour of Secret 2007 tour in Asia...
Hands are kinda ... misshapen though... And it looks like she oughta be sitting on something.
I do love the background and the details of the costume though. This is nice work.
